This hotel is definitely in a prime location, just a stone's throw from Times Square. While I enjoyed being so close to all the action, the room was way too small for four of us. The service was hit or miss; some staff were friendly, but others seemed quite serious. Overall, it has great potential but needs improvements in room size and service consistency.

I had a stay that was a mixed bag. The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to get around. While the rooms are spacious, they do show signs of age and could use some maintenance. The service from certain staff members was quite poor, adding to the frustration of an otherwise decent experience.
